Front of House Senior Team Leaders
Trevaskis Farm is a family owned and family run farm retail and hospitality business in West Cornwall. We’ve spent the last 30 years dedicated to producing only the freshest and heartiest meals from our own farm and locally sourced produce in our Farmhouse Kitchen Restaurant.
We are looking to recruit two dynamic and experienced Front of House Senior Team Leaders into our management team, to head-up our fast-paced and vibrant restaurant, lead in excellent customer service with our dedicated team, and work alongside our skilled chefs to deliver a unique and mouth-watering experience for our guests each and every day.
Ideally, you should have previous experience of leading a team in a hospitality environment; coaching and development of your team; organising team schedules and shifts within budget; a knowledge of all relevant legislation and of course, first class customer service.
The successful applicant will be required for both lunch and evening service, working a five-day week, with days off by agreement as appropriate. Flexibility is key.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a fast-paced and vibrant kitchen to deliver a unique and mouth-watering experience for our guests each and every day, during breakfast, lunch and evening service.
