Time to start planning the Summer BBQ's and stocking up that freezer! Our own, beautiful outdoor reared British Lop pork is currently on offer in The Market...
The only pork we sell in The Market and use in the Farmhouse Kitchen restaurant; British Lop pigs have a great balance of intramuscular fat which gives a moist and creamy textured pork, that's why we use it for our award winning sausages, hogs pudding, and famous Trevaskis breakfasts.
Endorsed by many celebrity chefs for it's quality; Cyrus Todiwala, patron of the British Lop Pig Society "never buys anything but Lop" and Simon Rogan impressed the judges with his suckling pig dish using British Lop on the Great British Menu.
Normally £3.99/kg, it's now only £3.50/kg for a whole or half a pig.

2 whole shoulders, on bone or rolled

2 whole bellies, as slices or joint

2 hands of pork, cubed or joint
